A few photos from where we stayed (Albufiera Jardim). I'd definitely recommend it - the pool was lovely, the rooms were none too shabby and it was in an amazing location. HOWEVER, the rooms don't have air con... There is a bit of a breeze at night which was good, but you do end up a wee bit of a sweaty betty.

Some snaps from Albufiera

The most delicious goat's cheese tart at The Beach Basket. It was a wee bit pricey there compared to the other restaurants, but it's worth eating there for the view alone as it's right on the edge of the beach.

Dinner at Casa da Fonte - a restaurant which grows around a tree, a GODDAMN TREE. The food was pretty tasty too.

Playsuit - Urban Outfitters

I've spent the week clearing out my room in preparation for moving out next week, so I thought to give myself a break I'd put together a blog post about Portgual. Turns out it wasn't the best idea - I ended up just sitting like this for a while, wishing I was back there, whilst trying to resist the urge to play some Damien Rice and weep. Sadly I didn't really get many outfit shots there, as me and Rob don't tend to eat until about ten on holiday, so by that time it was pitch black outside. I did, however, get some photos of the amazing bikini Simply Beach were kind enough to send over, which may just be my favourite bikini I've ever owned. I always use going away as an excuse to wear as many bright colours as is humanly possible in a week, lime green being one of the main ones. As well as being an amazing colour, it's also got some good built in support for those pesky nungees - an all round ten out of ten. Find the top here and the bottoms here.
